Ferrari North America introduces the 7-year genuine maintenance program
 

 
We are pleased to announce the introduction of the 7-Year Genuine Maintenance Service Program in North and South America on 458 Italia, California and FF models starting from MY 2012.
 
With effect from March in Europe, and on other markets during the course of the year, clients ordering a Ferrari California, 458 Italia or FF from the authorised dealership network will be entitled to a free seven-year standard maintenance program. Genuine Maintenance is Ferrari's exclusive service that ensures that its cars are maintained to the highest level for maximum performance and safety.
 
The programme is unique - this is the first time a car manufacturer offers such cover worldwide and is evidence of the attention paid by Ferrari to its clients. The Genuine Maintenance program covers the individual vehicle, and thus extends to any eventual subsequent owner.
 
The new Ferrari Complimentary Seven-Year Maintenance program covers all factory-scheduled maintenance procedures at standard service intervals (every 12,500 miles, or once per year, with no restriction on total mileage), including all labor and related genuine parts and approved lubricants, for the covered Ferrari models.
 
In addition, the Ferrari Complimentary Seven-Year Maintenance Program will help ensure that Ferrari owners have the full support of their authorized Ferrari Dealer service departments throughout the coverage period. The advantage to the owner is the assurance that the vehicle will receive regular inspections by Ferrari-trained technicians using Factory-approved dedicated diagnostic equipment.
 
Ferrari designed the new program to provide factory-scheduled service coverage regardless of miles driven, as follows:
 
Annual Maintenance: Clients who drive under 12,500 miles per year will receive the annual scheduled service and inspection on covered models.
 
Mileage-Related Maintenance: Clients who drive covered models more than 12,500 miles per year will receive all mileage-related factory-specified maintenance, regardless of how many miles they drive during the seven-year complimentary coverage period. For example, covered models that reach 37,500 miles within the seven-year coverage period would receive the sparkplug scheduled replacement service.
 
Time-Related Maintenance: All covered models will receive time-related maintenance,
such as auxiliary belt replacements and brake fluid.
 
All scheduled service work must be performed by an authorized Ferrari Dealer. Owners of 2011 458 Italia and California models can purchase the program through their authorized Ferrari Dealers.
